Design Review Mission Statement

Within the Greenhorn Creek Community we boast a championship 18 hole golf course, Camps Restaurant, bocce ball courts, tennis courts, resort pools, and WorldMark time-share facility. We have a Cottage community that you can own and rent short term. Our residential community consists of over 450 lots and custom homes for our full and part time residents.

We are a Walking Community with strong neighborly and social ties. Greenhorn Creek Design Review helps manage new home builds within our community to insure they conform with the design philosophy originally established by Greenhorn Creek developers. The committee also manages our strong neighborhood CC&Rs, (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions).  These volunteers are appointed by the Advisory Committee within Greenhorn Creek.  Monies derived from DRC earnings benefit the Greenhorn Creek Community.

Our Mission… To promote and insure a high standard of building design for Greenhorn Creek situated within the gold country foothills of Angels Camp California. Quality of design that fits our community will assure our investment will grow over time. Our CC&Rs will help guide our residents into the future and will keep demand for our community strong.
